Course: Both the 5K and 2K courses start and finish at the New Hamburg Fairgrounds, rain or shine. Each race will be an out and back through surrounding neighbourhoods.  

Starting Time: 8:00 a.m.

Entry Registration: Pre-registration deadline is May 18. Race day registration on May 26 from 6:45 – 7:45 a.m.

Choice of Payment Options:

A.  Entry Fee: Must accompany entry form. Make cheques payable to Ontario Mennonite Relief Sale, Inc.

Pre-registration: $15 postmarked before May 18, 2012.

Family rate: $45

Race Day Registration: $20 – after May 18, 2012, enter on day of race

Family rate: $60

B.  Sponsors: If you choose to raise $ by getting your own sponsors, send in your entry form with that option marked (minimum sponsorship of $40). Also fill out the sponsor sheet and bring to check-in with the money you collect.

Check-In: Pick up your running bib at the starting line at the New Hamburg fairgrounds from 6:45 – 7:45 a.m. on race day.

T-shirts: Available while supplies last (so register early!)

Age Divisions: 5K – The following age groups are for both male and female: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

Proceeds: All proceeds go to Mennonite Central Committee.
